As the owner of Epilogue End of Life
Care, Sally provides compassionate companion
ship and non-medical support to those in the
final stages of life. She is dedicated to building
relationships with patients and their loved ones,
offering advance care and vigil planning and
comfort care, facilitating life review and legacy
projects, and educating and guiding them
through life’s final chapter. She also offers grief coaching to those who have lost a loved one
or are about to lose one.
